How is my order shipped?

We prefer shipping Priority Mail.  If you prefer another method please make your requested choice during checkout.  If you request an alternate shipping method you will be invoiced separately for the additional shipping cost.

Shipping Cost are as follows:

1-2 items: $6.00

3-5 items: $10.00

anything over 5 items: $15.00

When is my order shipped?

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  Most items ship much sooner but to be safe please allow 2-3 weeks.  During busy seasons (holidays, back to school) we will display “order by” dates to ensure your gifts arrive in time.

If you have a rush order please contact us directly at orders.emmacloset@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Rush orders are subject to additional shipping charges.

When will my payment be processed?

All payments will be processed and charged when you place your order.  If you would like to order off line, please contact us at orders.emmacloset@gmail.com.  Same payment terms will apply to off line orders.

What about the wear and care of my embroidered items?

We highly suggest washing and drying your items beforehand if you are sending them to us to embroider.   We also suggest that you do not wash your embroidered items with other items that have zippers and buttons that might snag the stitching.  Emma’s Closet is not responsible for damage to an item caused by misuse, normal wear or dry cleaning.

Do you accept returns?

Because of the nature of personalization on most items returns are not normally accepted.  Quality time and attention is taken to ensure that all items are made to your satisfaction.  Details are given on our product descriptions as to size and fit to help you in your decision making.  Please contact us if you have any problems.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an Emma’s Closet product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
